Northlane Apartments is located opposite Spur Mall, next to the service lane along the Thika Super highway as you head towards Ruiru from Juja Town. It is about half a kilometre before the Kenyatta University Ruiru Campus.
Owners of Northlane Apartments will be required to pay service charge to cover the costs of maintenance of common areas and facilities. This will include security, common area utilities, landscaping, repairs, maintenance and a management team.
Project Timelines
The project is estimated to start towards the end of 2020 and take about 18 months to complete.
